How many hours and cleaners are required to clean your home?
The number of cleaners required to fully clean your home is determined by the size, type and cleaning specifics of your home.
Most apartments and condominium units can be fully cleaned by one of our professional cleaners and require minimum of 4 hours.
Houses and Town homes require minimum of 2 professional cleaners for minimum of 4 hours to fully clean.

What are the cancellation/changes policy for Residential clients?
We understand how unpredictable life can be. Our administrators will work with you to ensure that we are cleaning your home at a date and time most convenient for you.
Our cancellation policy for full refund is 72 hours prior to scheduled service date/time. We recommend changes to date/time and service details are communicated through email 72 hours to best service your home.
Clients that have a recurring cleaning arrangement with Maple Leaf Residential Cleaners are FREE to cancel their cleaning arrangements with us at their leisure. Clients that use our recurring cleaning service never have to worry about being locked into another contract.
