    This program is designed for clients looking for a regular cleaning service. - we will provide you a negotiated rate based on your frequency of cleaning requirements. (ie...biweekly, monthly, bimonthly) - we will provide you the Maple Leaf standard cleaning each time + an area of focus to ensure all areas and appliances are maintained regularly - we will provide you the same reliable cleaners that knows your home, gets you and gets your cleaning requirements RIGHT consistently.
  • STANDARD vs. DEEP CLEANING
    You have an option of booking either our staple Standard Cleaning or Deep Cleaning depending on your cleaning requirements. While standard cleaning is for your cleanliness upkeep, deep cleaning is a lot more extensive than standard cleaning. Deep cleaning sometimes referred to as detail cleaning involves a complete rubdown and giving attention to the often neglected and hard-to-reach areeas. These areas include: - interior of your kitchen appliances - interior of kitchen/washroom cuppboards - includes moving refrigerator and oven and cleaning behind and underneath including the appliance filters for better efficiency - removing window screens (if removable) and fully cleaning them including wiping down the interior window frames/tracks For best cleaning results - we always recommend you start with a proper deep cleaning initially and sign up to our Recurring Cleaning program for proper maintenance of your home.
  • ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING SOLUTIONS
    Most surfaces are cleaned by using eco-friendly cleaning solutions by Melaleuca. MelaMagic by Melaleuca is our go to cleaning solution used for degreasing, cleaning and polishing. It tackles the greasiest, grimiest messes and provides cleaning power without caustic ammonia or chlorine bleach. All other areas are cleaned simply by the use of Dawn dishwasher soap, cleaning vinegar and baking soda. * Note: some clients have their preferred cleaning solutions and we welcome any suggestions to ensure their homes are cleaned by the product of their choice. * Note: in rare occasions where heavy duty cleaning chemicals are required to clean heavy grease - we take utmost care to ensure the area is fully cleaned and safe for reuse.

    2020/2021 have been challenging years with the unprecedented outbreak of COVID-19. The pandemic has required us to raise our previous practices to higher standards with more protocols. Our residential cleaners go through screening prior to each shift. They are now fullly vaccinated and equipped with approved Personal Protective Equipment which include N95 masks, disposable gloves, disinfectant sprays and shoe nets. Our training and cleaning service is focused on the use of COLOR-CODED MICROFIBER CLEANING TOWELS to elimimate any cross contamination and spread of bacteria. WHMIS - Workplace Hazardous Material Information System is Canada's national workplace hazard communication standard. Our team are annually retrained and certified for compliance.

  • How many hours and cleaners are required to clean your home?
    The number of cleaners required to fully clean your home is determined by the size, type and cleaning specifics of your home. Most apartments and condominium units can be fully cleaned by 1 of our professional cleaners and require minimum of 4 hours. Houses and Town homes require minimum of 2 professional cleaners for minimum of 4 hours for standard cleaning and 5 hours for deep cleaning. Other types of cleaning such as post-renovation deep cleaning require more labour and hours.     Above photos refer to cleaning areas covered during standard cleaning. Please note that deep cleaning covers interior/exterior of all cuppboards, kitchen appliances and squeegee cleaning of interior windows.
  • What are the cancellation/changes policy for Residential clients?
    We understand how unpredictable life can be. Our administrators will work with you to ensure that we are cleaning your home at a date and time most convenient for you. Our cancellation policy for full refund is 72 hours prior to scheduled service date/time. We recommend changes to date/time and service details are communicated through email 72 hours to best service your home. Clients that have a recurring cleaning arrangement with Maple Leaf Residential Cleaners are FREE to cancel their cleaning arrangements with us at their leisure. Clients that use our recurring cleaning service never have to worry about being locked into another contract.

  • Home Owners TO-DO list prior to the arrival of your Professional Cleaner.
    Depending on what kind of cleaning you want done (and how much time you are willing to pay for) it can be very helpful to clear up clutter ahead of time so our cleaning service can focus on thorough cleaning. Try to corral that first layer of clutter, otherwise it will take our cleaners twice as long. Remember anytime spent picking up is time spent not cleaning. We suggest doing the following before our arrival: + pick up and store away clothes and toys + figure out which newspapers & magazines you need to keep and put the rest in recycling + put away fragile items and irreplaceable heirlooms. if you can't put them away point them out to the cleaners so they know to be extra careful around them.
